Clients - love 'em or curse 'em, how much do you really know about them?
Barely a day passes without an article or TV programme focusing on the consumer. Consumers (customers, clients) hold the purse strings. They demand service, speed, quality, value and reliability. Many organisations profess to understand their clients but few ever really stand in the client's shoes. Even fewer have long term client feedback/satisfaction programmes in place to gather each client's perspective.
Strong, profitable client relationships are the lifeblood of any organisation. With the credit crunch, increased competition, marketplace change and competition for talent, the importance of understanding and securing client relationships has never been greater.
