Carolyn Roberson Consulting will provide each client with an estimate in advance of work being undertaken. This estimate will be based on an understanding of the project or nature of the work at that point in time, and the terms and conditions of the Consultancy. Any changes to the scope or nature of the work will be discussed and may result in changes to the estimate or project timetable. Payment terms will be set out in our estimate. Our Client Care Policy aims to ensure that all clients receive a quality service in which value is seen and a fair price charged. We gather client feedback at the conclusion of each major project or at agreed intervals.
